I’ve spent much of my life studying how to get the most out of life. Why? Partly because I’m curious, and partly because usually the advice we’re given is from people who are trying to sell us something. e.g. corporations.

That doesn’t mean that it’s always wrong, but it’s always good to explore things in more detail. Explore different perspectives. Learn how humans lived in the past, when there was hardly any obesity compared to today. What changed?

I’ve managed to apply what I’ve learned in most areas of life, and am now pretty content with my life. Sure, there are a few things I’d like to improve, but that’s only natural. I was over 10g overweight a while ago, and am now fit and trim and healthy.

I studied formally at Coach U a few years ago, so I could learn how to coach others. I really enjoy it, and would continue coaching even if I had all the money in the world! I’ve also studied health and fitness formally, as well as counselling.
